Annette's first book is Daring the Dark: A Workbook for Exploring Your Evolving Spiritual Questions. After journeying through her own spiritual crisis, she wrote this workbook to guide and encourage other seekers.
Her second book (upcoming) will be Book 1 in a series called The LifeSync Path(TM): Design Your Life of Wellbeing. This set of five books will equip people with guidance, inspiration, forms and assessments for their own journey of deepening wellbeing. Book 1 covers a personal mission statement, core values, primal world beliefs and more.

You can find some of Annette's blogs on the Facebook account for Wilshire Baptist Church of Dallas, Texas. She has also written other blogs on topics such as Questioning, Spirituality, Lifestyle, Recovery, Hope and Death. And, of course, on her little dog.
She's always been a writer, but it was at physical therapy when she was sharing about a recent dream that a patient said "That's so interesting - you should write that down!" So Annette created a short story from that dream and began writing a few stories.
Annette has also written poetry. She finds poetry particularly freeing when she is experiencing deep emotion and doesn't know how to express it. Poetry reaches deep within her and comes out raw and real, bringing enlightenment and healing.

Are you a spiritual explorer?
Finally, a safe place to ask and process your own spiritual questions.
Born out of her passion to help others wrestling with spiritual questions, author Annette Miller shares this guide. Using internal exploration and brainstorming, research and critical thinking, you will explore various resources and grapple with potential answers to your spiritual question.
Many traditional churches do not support spiritual seekers. Churches typically offer a package of beliefs for new members to adopt as-is. Authentic faith cannot be grafted, it must grow from within. Annette Miller believes that everyone deserves to ask questions in a supportive environment and to work out their own answers. Miller’s writings and services fill this gap by providing a faith-based, practical process that provides needed guidance and support to explore these important evolving questions.
Praise for Daring the Dark
"With her in-depth knowledge of human behavior, Annette Miller balances spiritual passion, intellect, and an amazing gift for detail in Daring the Dark. Years as a life coach, entrepreneur and behavioral assessment consultant have equipped her well for illuminating the difference between our external behaviors and our internal, existential questions.
Annette reveals how repressing her own spiritual questions came at the price of physical and emotional distress. She structures this journey of critical thinking with the insight of an experienced spiritual seeker and the precision of a surgeon, reassuring us all along the way that we may safely unwrap our inborn gift of curiosity. Get ready for a disciplined adventure that opens a fresh window to your spiritual formation and personal growth."
DAN McGEE, PH.D., Author, Choosing Balance: The ABCs of Stress® Management and Experiencing God’s Presence: A Personal Journey Through Six Spiritual Disciplines
"If God is the Mystery of the world, faith will always be seeking greater understanding. Annette Miller’s Daring the Dark is a helpful, practical guide to probing spiritual questions. It turns out that exploring the questions themselves is the path to growth more than settling on the answers."
