Your workshop facilitator is Annette Miller, MBA. She has two decades of experience being certified in behavioral styles. She earned the prestigious Advanced Birkman Certified Consultant designation. Her workshop topics include leadership development and team building.

Annette is the founder of LifeSync Leadership, LLC in Flower Mound, Texas. She has worked with over 50 nonprofit and for-profit organizations as an employee, consultant or contractor. Her values include integrity, excellence, wellbeing and kindness.

She grew up on a small farm in East Texas. There, her family taught her the values of responsibility, hard work and animal care. Annette earned her bachelors degree at Oklahoma Baptist University and her MBA at the University of Central Oklahoma. 

Annette has twin sons who are married and five grandchildren. Annette and her husband have lived in Flower Mound for almost 30 years. She enjoys writing, hosting murder mysteries and playing with her little dog Pixie Dust.
